It is located at the heart of Romagna, only 10 minutes by car from the city of Faenza, famous for its ceramics. Each building was originally part of an ancient family agricultural property and was converted into a unique design apartment by the architects Rita Rava and Claudio Piersanti with the objective of creating an incomparable blend of art, design and nature unique in its league.

The architectural project that converted the family’s agricultural property into an exclusive destination was designed by the architects Rita Rava and Claudio Piersanti. Their vision was to create meaningful spaces rich in art and design that blend with the surrounding natural environment.
The modern swimming pool is surrounded by holm oaks hedges in order to create an ideal peaceful and private environment for the guests.
